1. Register and Log In
- Already registered? Log in to your account.
- First time here? Click Register and create your account with your email and a password of your choice.
2. How Do I Enroll in a Course?
- From the Courses page, choose the course you want.
- Click Join Us.
- You will see two options:
- Pay & Enroll: takes you to WhatsApp to chat with our accounts team and pay the course fee.
- Activate Your Course: click it after paying. It takes you to WhatsApp to chat with the platform support team, who will activate the course for you.
- After activation, go to your Dashboard and open your course.
3. How Do I Follow My Course?
Go to your Dashboard and you will find the course you purchased ready for you. From there you can:
- 🎥 Watch the videos whenever it suits you, and replay them as many times as you like.
- 📄 Download the materials (the PDF files for each lesson).
- 📝 Test yourself with exams on what you have learned.
Important: The videos on the platform are recorded from previous courses, not live lectures. You can watch them and rewatch them at your own pace.
4. Exams
- Exam questions are randomized, so each time you take the exam you will get different questions.
- Number of attempts: unlimited
- Passing score: 50%
5. Certificate
- Requirements: watch the videos and complete the exams.
- Delivery: both a Soft Copy (electronic) and a Hard Copy (printed).
6. Usage Rules
- Your account is personal and must not be shared with anyone else.
- Recording the videos or publishing the course content is not allowed.
